I am a small business owner and I provide school districts that subscribe to my service with a variety of data files (test generator files, pdf documents, word documents). I would like to distribute the files to my subscription schools in a secure way. I would like to place the files in a folder that when opened will run an "I Agree" script each time the folder is opened. Once opened the user would have access to the files. Once closed no changes to the files would be saved. This way the next time the folder opens after the “I agree?? script the documents are the original documents.
It would include the following:
1. the folder icon would be changed to an icon I will provide.
2. When the folder is double clicked to open and "I Agree" script would run and prompt the end user to agree or not agree. I will provide the language for the "I Agree" script in .txt format. If the user does not agree the folder will not open. If they agree it will open.
3. Once open the end user would be able to access a variety of files. I would like to have flexibility in which files can be loaded into this folder so that I may update this frequently.
4. When the folder is closed no changes to the files will be stored.
5. This folder would be distributed via CD to schools. The folder may be copied to the schools network in the desired location of the school.
