HTML Text Box Control

My company, Campbell Productions Software, Co. requires a new product. We are seeking a coder to quickly, efficiently, and inexpensively program a Visual Basic OCX control that meets the requirements below: 1) A textbox that will accept, recognize, and reflect standard HTML 4.0 tags **1a)** Should be able to recognize ALL tags, excluding scripting tags, form tags, meta tags, object tags, etc. **1b)** Must be able to reflect tags like code, center, bold, italics, etc. **1c)** Control must be able to recognize hyperlinks. When hyperlink is clicked, the control should automatically open the standard web browser (usually I.E. or Netscape.) 2) Textbox control MUST HAVE ALL THE PROPERTIES, EVENTS, and METHODS A NORMAL TEXTBOX WOULD HAVE 3) The textbox control must be resizeable and functional with Visual Basic 4.0 and up, including VB .NET. 4) TextBox Control must be delivered both in .ocx, and .vbp format. ALL SOURCE CODE MUST BE GIVEN UPON COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT. 5) TextBox control should reflect all HTML scripting the instant it is typed in, in realtime (i.e. a method that translates HTML is unacceptable.) 6) TextBox control source code MUST BE WELL COMMENTED. 7) A short (half a page or so) explanation of how to use the control must be included. ## Deliverables 1) All .ocx control files, including any special .dll or .ocx files that are required by the textbox control. 2) All .vbp format Visual Basic source code, well commented. 3) A short (half a page or so) explanation of how to use the control must be included. ## Platform -Microsoft Visual Basic 4.0 thru 6.0 and .NET. -OPTIONAL: Microsoft Visual C++ 5.0, 6.0 and .NET. -Applications that utilize this control should run on any Windows PC with RAM above 48mgb and processor speed at or above 200mHz.
