Pop-up Blocker

I would like to have a pop-up blocker application developed that will block pop-ups in IE, Netscape, Opera, and AOL. Should work windows 98 and above. I would like some of the same functionality as: Pop-Up Stopper Professional [login to view URL] You can download and test out the demo they provide. It doesn't have to be an exact clone, but i would like for the Pop-up blocker to block all pop-up windows in IE5+, Netscape 6+, AOL 6+, and Opera 6+. I would like it to stop pop-up windows before they open. I've seen some where the window will open and then disappear right after they are opened, but i would like them not to even open. I would also like it to play a sound when an pop-up is blocked, and flash the icon in the system tray. So for now i'd like an easy simple version of a pop-up blocker that'll work on more browers than just IE, and works the way i stated above. If this part of the project goes well, then we can move on to the next stage and be able to add more options. But for now just something basic. If you have done a pop-up blocker in the past, you can submit a demo version of it for me to test out, and may get first choice to work on this project for my. I would like to have it done in Visual Basic 6, because i know more with that languge than any other. But if you've done it in another programming language, then please state so, and let me know if it would be better to go with that languge instead. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform For the folling OS: Windows 98, 98SE, ME, 2000 and XP For the following Browsers: AOL 6+ Internet Explorer 5.0+ Netscape 6+ Opera 6+ Mozilla Programmed in: Visual Basic 6.0
