Program with Login Screen and Embedded EXE file

I need source code for a program that does the following job. The idea is that I will compile the source code with an embedded (self-contained) EXE file. When the compiled program is run, it asks for the username and passcode. Passcode text hidden. The usernames and their passcodes will be hidden in the code. There will be a login and cancel button. There should also be a button that opens another floating form that is a virtual keyboard to input login information. Once the user logs in, the program will run a private sub routine, and once the routine is done, it will start the embedded EXE. If the login was incorrect, popup a message box saying the code was incorrect, then end the program. The program should also only allow one instance per windows user. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
