** _Business Need: _**Quiz application for users to download off a website to quiz themselves on multiple topics. All downloads should self install upon opening of the download. Also made installable upon running off a CD. **_Method:_** Students should be able to download the initial testing engine and any quizzes which would self install. From here, students should be able to select which test to take. **_Required: _**Application to generate quizzes. Application to take the quizzes. Ability to download and incorporate additional quizzes into main application engine. **_Quizzes:_** Multiple choice. At some times, more than one answer possible. Tracks amount of correct and incorrect answers. Wav file of "correct" or "incorrect!" when user selects correct or incorrect answer.(requestor will provide wav files). Ability to provide an image to corresponding question. Hint button for each question to provide additional information to test taker. Quiz questions should be randomized. Follow up message ability to educate user after each question. Quizzes can be up to 500 questions per quiz.(providing this info to give you a general idea) **_Example:_** Joe wants to learn about cars and motorcycles. He would download the initial testing engine and then download the car exam. He then would download the motorcycle exam. Joe would then start up the testing engine(which self installs when he opens the download) and select which exam he wants to take first. **_Additional info:_** Student exams should be uneditable(i.e. students cannot view the code or change it). Requestor can provide graphical ideas if requested to assist in perfecting this task. Requestor will agree to only use the accepted bidder for any later changes and pay based on a mutual agreed amount for any later changes. **_Graphics:_** Initial greeting screen of requestor's logo and cool looking background to appear when user opens testing engine(plus wav file sound). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
