Software Testing and Evaluation (WinXP)

I have a VB app that I've written, mostly as a part-time hobby of the past couple of years, but which will now be offered as a commercial product. The software would typically be used by doctors and/or staff. I need someone experienced in software evaluation and testing to check to see if the software is bug-free enough to release. You are to test each and every form, window, button and menu that you can find. Enter sample patients and test report printouts. I'd expect a professional report detailing errors/bugs found, software usability/UI, an overall application assessment and any suggestions for improvements. Tools and controls that don't function intuitively like you would expect should also be listed. The finished deliverable is a well-written, comprehensive report of your findings. Please use proper grammar and clear, concise details: if I can't make sense of your report, then you've wasted both of our time. Priority is given to those who can demonstrate that they have done this type of work before. Example work appreciated and will likely be given greater weight. The executable is attached (it's big... 45MB). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
