Zooming Windows in VB

I'm looking for VB-callable code to *quickly and smoothly* zoom a window containing a single picturebox from one size to another (this is used to switch between a small-scale and large-scale version of the same image). Total transition time should be about 400 ms, going from an initial image size of approximately 400x300 pixels to one 900x700 pixels. The overall effect should be one of zooming in the entire window to its new size. (I'm looking for something sexier than just setting the new window bounds and redrawing the up-sized picture, yet using VB Move commands to upsize the window and redraw the contained image is far too slow/flickery). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
