Wordpress Security/Performance/SSO work (existing site)

We are looking for a developer with PHP and Wordpress experience to help us improve an existing Wordpress website that has already been deployed. The key areas of the work are: 1) Implementing best practice Caching/Security/Performance measures for Wordpress on MediaTemple hosting 2) Implementing Single-Sign On 3) Taking care of misc housekeeping (short list provided) 4) Validation of HTML/CSS 5) Skinning templates of a few external sites Skills required are listed below, but we would also like to see a few examples of sites you've worked on that are Wordpress-based and involve some "tricky" stuff like SSO or file downloads, etc. I have attached a detailed list of the specific requirements. I am happy to explain each of these, but we are really looking for a details-oriented developer who can use this list as a checklist and execute on each item.
