Adjustments to Joomla template structure

Here is the site we will be working on: [login to view URL] The template/css needs to be modified so that the site looks like the attached jpg. These are the main things: - add 1px border around images in body - add the background as in the image - remove the "solutions" area and make the "Home and Garden" wider - make the footer expand across the entire width of the site - darken the lines that separate the different sections Please contact me if you have any questions.
