App to sign-up to multiple websites at once

I need a team to code, design, test, and deploy an app or website that: 1. allows users to signup/register to up to ten supported job websites at once. *I will provide applicants with the ten websites I want the app to support. 1a. the signup/register process must require the user to either accept all terms & conditions or review/accept them individually. 1b. the user should complete any re-captcha form (or similar) as this cannot and should not be automated 1c. the app MUST be coded to ensure that my website gets credited as the referring website (to earn affiliate income) 1d. users should be able to register for additional websites at any time. 2. stores what websites the user is subscribed to and their information in a very secure way. 3. allows users to create and manage their profiles and jobs/projects across supported websites. *Notably, users should be able to post, edit, or delete jobs/projects across selected sites
