One webpage to register member details and their vote. See attached file for a formatted description. Project: Member registration and voting The job is to design a webpage for the users to enter a vote. I want one page to vote, one page to confirm the information and one administrator page for some simple reporting. The Admin page can only be entered for users entering a defined username and password. Technology: php and mysql Description of user experience: The following introduction is displayed to the user: Vennligst fyll ut feltene nedenfor og trykk “Accept” And the following 4 fields are displayed for the user to fill inn: Member number : (4 digits, integer) First name : (15 character) Middle name : (15 characters) Last name : (15 characters) Address: Street name and number: (25 characters) Post number : (4 digits, integer) Place : (15 character) e-mail : (25 characters) Repeat e-mail : (25 characters) The following text is displayed: “Nedenfor gir du din mening i forhold til den beskrevne løsning på Asker Golfklubbs utfordring” Then the user shall choose between the following options (only one can be selected) Ja, jeg stemmer for løsningen : (Vote button saying ”JA”) = YES Nei, jeg stemmer mot løsningen : (Votebutton saying ”NEI”) = NO Accept Lastly the user selects a button “Registrer min stemme” (Which means register my vote) Confirmation The information entered is then displayed to the user, and the user selects a button called “Accept” or “Change”  If “change” is selected: o the user returns to the entry picture with the information filled in  If “Accept” is selected: o An e-mail is the sent to the user confirming his input. o Display the text: “Takk for din stemme” ( which means Thank you for your vote) An admin page shall be made that can only be accessed if a password is entered. The admin pages has the following functions:  All information registered in the database can be exported to Excel.  A summary report can be displayed: o Total number of registered votes: (4 gigits) o Number of “Ja, jeg stemmer for løsningen” is displayed : (4 digits) o Number of “nei, jeg stemmer mot løsningen” is displayed : (4 digits) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Functions in the system:  Check every member-number registered according to the following rules: o Must be 2, 3 og 4 digits o Must be less than 3000 o If registered earlier, add a flag for multiple votes.
