Bitcoin Exchange Site (complete project, not only framework)

I need a very talented programmer who can code me a bitcoin exchange site like m t g o x (dot) com It needs to have all the full functionality and that this website linked above has. Everything. IMPORTANT: Only bid if you are 100% skilled and have much experience. I can't hire a coder who only get's the job done to 90% instead of 100%. Please register on the site linked above, browse and test -all- functionality a user has before you bid on this project. The styling needs to be done in a way that looks just like the example site I linked above does. I will provide a fully layered .PSD. With this .PSD file you need to work with (CSS Styling etc.) The final product I am going to pay you for has to look exactly like this one does. The currencies that is going to be accepted on the exchange site will be: Bitcoins, Litecoins and others. There needs to be a module which allows me to add various other currencies in the future without any problems so users can sell and buy them on my exchange website. I can pay 400 Euro for this job. Bidders that can offer me different cms are preferred. (I don't want a bidder that says "I can only code it for Joomla.") Thank you!
