S/W Company Website \"re-do\" using Joomla or recommended CMS

We are a software company with a cache management application using SSD drives as a high-speed cache. We are in need of replacing the current website with a new website. A model for a couple of websites that we need to be "on par" with are: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] (respectful of copyright). Both have typical needs of a blog, news, product info, mgmt. team, white-papers and other key docs etc. This job is to create 1) the template in support of these other functional deliverables: 2) complete menu structure (some unpublished) 3) Functional contact form - sends email message to 3 recipients: a) marketing dept b) selected target (by web user) c) copy to web user 4) functional blog 5) product info and ability to easily add new products 6) Ideally a form that when filled out will redirect to a software trial download URL 7) Management team 8) Partners 9) Solutions 10) Homepage multi-message banner (like Velobit) 11) Limited other structure and content (content and logo to be provided). 12. Intranet login for employees with a limited intranet site that can accept postings and tracks key company action items.
