Discount code website using CSV file upload..

Need a simple website, preferably in PHP that I can upload a CSV file to import discount codes. I must be able to login and add stores and store description (HTML code allowed) and upload CSV file. (I can send example of this file) - Every store needs a page with a list of vouchers that I have uploaded for that store. Homepage - Text content and a listing of 10 last vouchers added. View all Stores - Page will have listed all shops on the site in alphabetical order Each Store Page should have a list of current working vouchers. Expired vouchers which have passed the expiry date, are viewable still but greyed out. Will need pagination on the store pages as over time there will be many vouchers My CSV file will have in it hundreds of rows. The columns will be: Store Name Discount Code URL Link Start Date Expiry Date Discount codes must be hidden and only show when user clicks on "Reveal Discount Code" button and then the link will open in a new window. SEO titles are very important.. For example I add a store, it must be [login to view URL] and if I add a voucher it must be [login to view URL] Please ask if you have any more questions.
