Erotic movie site remake

Hello I have a website which crashed on a webhosting. All I have left is the website built on wordpress with design, not all is saved. Database is gone and has to be rebuild. Wordpress has to be updated. Some design remake. Mine admin site is not like it used to be and has to be rebuild and more things added to have more control over the website. Control like menu, banners, videoclips, members, websitetext, mailcontact, stats, and more. From admin where I add movies I want to choose add from upload, url, website or other possibilities. I want to choose to have commercial before or after movies. Or none. Different kind of commercial like banner, flash, videoclip. Mine flashplayer shall be able to load any kind of videoclips if not then you make it to do it. There should be a picture on every videoclip which people want to click on, the picture will be genereted from the videoclip from the website, and that will you also create for me. The website will be located on webhosting and mine videoclips on another server, thats why I need someone also who can make mine website work with the server. Make it also secure so the server wont let other use mine videoclips. Only mine website can access the videoclips. I want a couple of personal banners also created for the website. Make the website good for the search engines. Probably a couple of other things that I didnt mentioned but will pop up during the rebuilding.
