Error on free image host

There's only a small issue with my free image host. The issue is that I'm getting the error below when I try to upload images to the site. My host's tech support told me there's some piece of code/ or php directive that sets the maximum amount of pics (Megabytes) that can be uploaded to picture categories. So I would like to know if you could check for this piece of code and remove any limit you see, so that I can upload as many pictures as I need, without getting the error (I want the limit to be server's harddisk space only). I need that for all categories already defined, and future ones.
