Global classifieds website

Hi, I have a global idea in my mind. Basically I am an entrepreneur and so I was planning to get a global classifieds website started which will have country wise classifieds. I have a design team for the website but your idea of design will be also appreciated. Also the website will be needed a backend system where in we can be able to delete any unwanted ads and profiles. System - The website flow will be such that one will select the country and enter the website homepage. There they will create a login account and post classifieds. And they can login to edit or delete the classifieds. There will be a form on every classified page so as the visitor can contact the classified owner. But no email address pr telephone details must be displayed. The form should have image verification system to avoid spam. I will discuss this with the potential provider in details. How will we generate income? We will be having banner advertising program and also a unique system as in if one want to keep the listing on the top, he will he liable to buying stars which will be at a fix price per star. Suppose I posted a classified and I buy 2 stars and so my ad is on the top. You want your classified to be atthe top, then you will be liable to buying more stars than me. P.S. I am planning to keep this project as mutual beneficial project as one of the provider will be in the team and hold a 50% of the profit share. So bid minimal and we can go places.
