Group buying site

Dear bidders, We would want to develop a group buying website. This site will be based on a webmap (googlemaps or similar) and it will contain some kind of element (we are thinking about clouds) that will represent a particular group of buyers. This coluds will be located in the geograpical area the group has been created. Therefore, and this is a key point in the develop, clouds will appear of dissapear zooming in or out the geograpical area or moving to another area. In order to develop this feature succesfully there should be some kind of key field when creating any cloud that represents a group that will link the group with the map both in terms of (x,y) coordinates on the map and also “z” coordinate (altitude). Main page of the site will contain: -Login -Create new user -Create new group. -When creating a new group/user products they want to buy, location etc will be defined -Map with aforementoned groups. It shall be simple and user-friendly. Group “clouds” will have following features: -Internal messaging system between group members -Internal voting system (based on member status indicating willingness to start buying or to wait for more members) -Possibility to check other memeber's profile. -Create new group It is a very creative and unique opportunity to develop a different website, so we hope you get interested on our project.
