Joomla website URGENT !! CONVERT FROM PSD AND SETUP JOOMLA

We have setup a design in PSD and need it to be converted into a Joomla template. Designs is [login to view URL] has been setup on the server. The setup of the Joomla and free components is described in the functional design.(word document attached) I have added the Functional design. You will get the PSD files of the original design. The webist contains 3 different designs. They will applied to parts in the website. (functional design explains) (DO NOT USE THE JPG) The project NEEDS to start TODAY and not 1 day later. You need to be able to start today. The project is rather simple but pays good. In order for your bid to be considered, do NOT send spam PM's and messages full of information I don't need. You MUST include no more that 5 websites you have designed and either a mockup or written description of what enhancements you would offer me. I am looking for a long term designer who can work with me on several projects. Project MUST be completed within 3/4 days of bid being awarded. Successful bidder must be available on a daily basis via Google Chat to discuss project and status. Payment will be held in escrow.
