Modify existing photo sharing script

Modify my existing photo sharing website script to add a photo album function. This existing script allows members to upload photos, which are then displayed in the members main gallery. There is currently no option for the member to create additional albums within their main album. Please view this URL for an example: [login to view URL] I would like to add the ability for members to create individual albums and be able to move existing photos into these albums or upload new photos directly into an existing or new album. The member should have complete control over editing/moving albums and photos. The modifications I am requesting will need to integrate seamlessly into the existing script. I am very hands on and available pretty much 24/7 to work with you during this job.
