This is a very SIMPLE project. We HAVE a BASIC HTML INDEX page which works GREAT. It is designed with a white background with a document on it. See attached example. I simply want to ADD a background image for the site that sits behind the document borders. There is NO css code on the page now. So the project is to have a css code written to allow for a background image to be on the page and have the page adjust to any browser Internet IE, Firefox, Mobile phones, iphone, android. etc. You do not need to install or anything else. Just take the EXISTING border images, add a background image, code to adjust to browsers and send to me for me to add to the site. Thank you.
