30256 New Layout Wanted

Hello. We currently run a website which we don't want to state on here because it may get indexed by a search engine. But basically we are looking for a new template, this template only needs to be very simple, i'm talking about as simple as scriptlances layout. By this i mean two boxes on the left, one big box on the right/center and a header. Then the winner of the project should help us if needed to integrate with our current site.
