Online Data Entry Tool for Data Tracking and Filtering - Developed on Wordpress

Dear Freelancers, some of the work we do is for advertising purposes. For this we place posts on other websites and blogs --> e.g. we contact blog XYZ --> we talk to owner of this blog and pay him to publish a post about a client we have --> e.g. about amazon. Blog owner publishes this post about amazon on his blog, we pay him AND we then get paid from amazon. Project will be to create data entry online tool --> which simplifies tracking of created posts for us and our employees. We currently do all things in excel. We would like tool to be developed on wordpress --> basically tool can be created just like regular wordpress website. We have attached a very detailed project specification document attached, explaining things needed. NOTE: We have explained what we would like tool to do --> developer should also be creative enough to design this in most user friendly way, so data entry and filtering is easy for user. This we have not specified in document. NOTE: We will not consider bids from freelancers which have not gone through project specs --> you must take your time to go through it and understand it. Please only bid if you have done so. ALSO NOTE: This project will be one of more to come - we are looking for a long term developer.
