Registry Website

In need of a graphically crisp (clean) WEBSITE. Should be made in PHP for security reasons. Registration Page- Will need database created to hold/retrieve registered users. Unique Fields* to include a dynamic link (that is seen by searchers) that when clicked can either create a mail pop-up to send a small message to the registered user or redirect the searcher to another website (link actions edited by admin). Search Page - Will have to allow visitors to search for registered users in the database by State, County or Zip Code and distance. Search Result Page- Will show specific information* of the REGISTERED user only. Will need 2 types of user access; REGISTRANT and ADMIN. Some drop-down box options* will have to be able to be edited by REGISTRANT dynamically. Some drop-down box options* will have to be edited by ADMIN only. ADMIN* will need some additional abilities of control. *details will be given upon request or upon winning bid If you can complete this job I have an additional site that will require about 4 times the work, I would prefer to keep the same company to do second site as it will need to interact with this site.
