hello, i want someone to create for me a simple application. i want live HLR from an sms gateway. we will send them querys via smpp and we will get back responses i want to create a very simple website where i will upload a text file with telephone numbers and we will send them to the gateway via smpp. after that we will get back all number and their status next to them (e.g. not existed, aactive, deactivated etc) i do not want any member system or anything. i just want this for me. so you focus only to the smpp connection and our goal thank you
