Set up template in Joomla 2.5 from version 1.5, correct layout issues, install Virtuemart and add contents

Template is already designed but for version 1.5, I will install the new version of Joomla (2.5) in my server so the worker would have to set up the template, install Virtuemart, correct any layout issues that arises and add the contents, the site will have only about 5-10 sections, all text and structure will be given.
