We want a simple html web page of a quiz where the users just give their choices and as they hit analyze button on the bottom, the page needs to go to results [login to view URL] this page needs to be locked..the users must see their result but it should be darkened with a pop in and they are required to enter their email address in order to see the result...hope the description is clear( will provide a psd on initiation of work)
