Small fixes of 2 websites (xcart and magento)

Hi, I am looking for a coder for fixing issues on 2 websites. I will descibe the issues here; Website 1 (x-cart platform): A. After recent import work of other coder, the specific products that were imported are now showing a strange behaviour. We have dealer prices built in per brand, but for these imported products the website shows prices INCLUDING TAX. Dealers do not pay tax, so it should show EXCLUDING TAX. About 15.000 products are shown GOOD, only the recently imported ones show NOT GOOD and only when dealer is logged in. If not logged in the price shows GOOD. Website 2 (magento multishop platform): B. Categoriees not selectable, tree not viewing in admin, If you go to admin > products > In product page, try to change categories, SOME parent categories are NOT showing their child categories, not clickable. C. Many products do have attributes that have UNMARKED the 'default value' selectbox. Not sure HOW this happened, maybe due to your or other people previous work, but we need all products all attributes MARKED as using default value, not different per storeview. See defaultvalue.jpg. This would need to be fixed in the database I guess. D. Problems captcha, previous worker built in capcha in contact form, but it works bad. Pages to modify; [login to view URL] --> captcha is not there AT ALL! should be added. [login to view URL] --> Captcha is there but not complete, it does not now the field to type over. Another issue I found; If I add new subshops, the contacts page does not work automatically, it gives magento error; see [login to view URL] For each new store it seems we have to manually add a folder to the root/media/captcha/.... E. Many products do have product prices setup per storeview. This means when we change the default price of an item, we have to change ALL store views also. We don;'t want this, we want to use 1 price for all store views, so 1 default price. Some of our products have store view prices while MOST do not. I think these some were wrong by importing the items. So we need all products to use DEFAULT pricing. I am looking for a coder with experience with XCART AND MAGENTO that are CUSTOMIZED! The xcart issue needs to be fixed today or tomorrow. The magento issues can be done in the next days, but the sooner the better.
