Social Networking Site Cross Platform

What I need if for a coder to project a project map or plan by using a mind mapping tool of just a product specification that I can take to a deveoper of coder to discuss the requirements to develop a social networking service. Coders who maybe interested in the actual project later could also apply to design this specification for me. I am looking for a cross platform between linkedin + facebook + ning. I need to discuss the requirements as regard to the project and this to be drafted up that can be discussed by a serial of email or PM. You can expect that I am looking for a social network that includes: Profiles, company details, personal blogs, collaboration, sharing, videos, private messaging, chat, wikis, etc I want to be able to cover every aspect of the UI and design prior to submitting to a developer this will ensure that the orocess is smooth.
