Web Designer needed for overhaul of existing ecommerce site or start with a new template

I have an existing site created in opencart with avante theme. The site works functionally but needs a true designers touch to create a look that flows throughout the site and really improves the cosmetic look. I am looking for a complete solution. So this will require a developer or someone familiar with themes and plugin to be able to complete the designs. A splash page will need to be designed showing a very appealing graphic of our products integrated with other images etc. Also banners, buttons, fonts and backgrounds need to be improved or added The format and location of different aspects of the site needs to be rearrangd. This job is for a skilled designer with good experience and a good portforlio of past jobs/designs.
