Website Design and WHMCS Setup

I have a web hosting / IT business that I have built by hosting web sites and doing website design work to a targeted group of businesses. I am looking to expand this business into other sectors and need a website built that will allow me compete with my competitors like Bluehost, Inmotion, Hostgator, etc. This site must be extremely user friendly, very modern and easy for me to add and make changes to, setup forms, take credit cards etc. I already have WHMCS installed I just need someone to design the website around it and configure it.
