Website layout refresh and content update - repost

Our website is already designed and live, however we require changes to be made to the design, layout and functionality, including the Home Page. The current Home Page is in a PSD file. We require changes to be made to the design that are consistent with the current look and feel. The job includes changing the current template for inner pages of the website, as well as adding/designing a new template. Some functionality also needs to be changed in order to give us a more user-friendly CMS, eg: image management. About us - We are an entertainment company in Sydney, Australia. We pride ourselves on impeccable attention-to-detail. We know what we want and will provide you with a very clear and detailed brief. We may ask you to change things 1, 2, 3, 4+ times until we get the result we imagined. You might say we're fussy, so please don't apply if this doesn't suit your mode of operation. About you - You must have amazing attention-to-detail. You must have a great eye for fresh, modern design. You must have absolutely impeccable English communication skills (brief will be both verbal via Skype and written). You must provide evidence of previous web designs that are modern and of a high level of design. This job is to be completed by 30 June, 2013.
