Keywords to rank for will be provided. May seek advice from Freelancer on how many keywords and what keywords to rank for, thus Freelancer will also have to do keywords research. Property Information and pictures will be provided, but Freelancer will also need to come up with well-written SEO quality articles, general pictures and create content if necessary to expand the website. Beautiful and fitting Wordpress theme, can be simple looking but must be professional 2. Multiple Pages with information, pictures, contact form etc 3. Pictures with scrolling function, similar to above websites' first page 4. Contact Form, may be complex, similar to the above websites where details entered will be sent to my email, Captcha Code to be included. Multiple Contact forms on one page, right side bar and main page 5. Full SEO Setup including Meta Tags, H1 Header Tags, Image Alt Tags, Meta Description Tags, Meta Keywords Tags, Permalinks, All-In-One SEO Pack Plug-In, XML Sitemap, In-Text Anchor Links to internal pages etc 6. Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus features 7. SEO Site and Links Structure Set-up 8. Search Box 9. Footer with links to internal pages 10.
