Wordpress design, switch to new design and solve pending bugs

We need wordpress design for [login to view URL] 10 max slides, home page is equal every where only sub options ara changing a) pls check photos b) once loged the change password and user info should be in one slide, also will remove some boxes from user profil c) in the right part of the name should be a PEN from where user can go to change password and user profil d) the login page should be the same blue as in the inside clouds, the blue top line should be bice blue, inside the background should be nice gray e) the inside boxes should be in same position 2. Tehre some pending bugs that 15 in total taht are small changes or fixing, and the email notification taht should be fixed 3. Once the design is agreed the deveolper should be able to switch from current design to the new one Thanks!
