I need to make a website with php and it will have some options like Facebook. Please bid only those person who has enough ability to make a site like [login to view URL] My budget is not higher. Here is the project over view idea, details will be emailed out to the winning bidder. I want agents and investors to pay $150 for 1 year subscriptions this will allow them to have unlimited Open House Uploads. I want to know 1 month before subscription expires so I can call to renew it. Individuals don’t have to pay to be members but they cannot upload unless they pay a 1 time $200 upload fee per Open House they want to list. (This is like someone who is not an agent but wants to sell their house on their own; they can click on List My House which should be a link at the bottom of their Profile Picture) When the Open Houses are uploaded I want people to browse the site without having to register or pay, they can look at all the houses they want they can see if they see anything they like, and when they find something and click on Follow then it will prompt them to sign in or create a profile. As people view individual Open Houses those Open Houses move up in ranking based of course in the price range the person selects. Example) If I want to see houses in the DC Metropolitan Area between 0-250k I would first see the Houses that have had the most clicks on it (i.e. The most views), than I can sort by any order Price, Earliest Open House Dates, City, State… Same concept for agents as well, the more views they have the more people follow them the higher they rank in our search when people search for just agents. Agents can also recommend Family, Friends, Or Colleagues to join, each agent will be given a unique code when they first register that’s the code they can give to family, friends, or colleagues to join. This can be used only once by all agents (eventually I will get rid of this feature so in the admin panel allow me to “Delete Discount Referral Program”). The way it works is, 30 active Non Agent Members you get to sign up = $75 for Next year’s renewal subscription. 10 Active Agent members you get to sign up = $75 for Next Year’s Renewal Subscription. (active means = logging in once a month, clicking on Open Houses, Following Agents, Leaving Comments for at a minimum 6 consecutive months, redeemable only once.) Thanks
