We need a company to develop the auction website system and the css / html of the website itself. We will only provide an image of the ideal layout. A complete CMS needs to be provided and a full proper auction site with connecction to paypal and worldpay for onlie payments. User registration and user buys credits to be able to bid. The bidder is requested to send a detailed outline of what you propose together with 1 single project value, we will not accept the usual extras. Just one fee for the project will only be paid.
