439844 web site template and css .

hey guys/gals. i need a template with htlm/php and the css done. here is a link to the original template that i will reference a few times. [login to view URL] i am also including a very crude paintshop edited version. this version is basically exactly what i want the template you make to look like with it cleaned up. there are obvious places where i cut/paste and such to get it to give the overall look i wanted. that is image named "2" image 3. has additional markings and instructions on it to help you create the design i have in my head :). YOU NEED TO LOOK AT THE IMAGES. another thing i would like is that the main page template be broked down into 3 parts. [login to view URL] (this will be everything above and including the 4 headline boxes the body are which will be different for every page. rightmenu.php. this will obviously be all the stuff on the right side of the template next to the body of the page.
