website targeted to MOMS

We need a website similer to [login to view URL] One of our other websites [login to view URL] already has a script setup that you can use to set up the advertisers information. To see what I am talking about go to [login to view URL], then go to Bee A Sponsor & "Login" use Marsha as the username & password. There you can see they type of setup we want for the advertisers. One of things we are going to want is a WYSWYG editor or content manager so that we can go in & update articles, & much more. We are looking for this to be done ASAP, & will have all content ready to be installed within the end of the week. What we are looking for now is the design. Though the site will be like [login to view URL] ... we DO NOT like the webdesign, wich is very plain. We want something bright, colorful, & easy to navigate. Our budget for this first site is low, but we will advertise you services in our directory, & we will have some other projects that we need help on too.. Such as [login to view URL], etc. Our budget for this is VERY low at this point - so please understand that before you bid :) Thanks!
