ATPL PDF to JPG conversion III

Hello All! This project involves cutting some JPG files out of some PDF files, cleaning them as necesssary, and then saving them to .JPG. The project is described in detail in the attached .zip file (READ THE .DOC in there! Do NOT bid without reading the .DOC! There are IMPORTANT BIDDING PROCEDURES LISTED IN THE DOC! If you bid without reading the doc / following the procedures, I will be VERY unhappy with you!) This job requires reasonable photoshop (or equivalent graphics program) skills. The winning bidder will: 1. follow the bidding process outlined in the doc, including providing the requested samples. 2. submit a competitibely priced bid 3. write me some comments that show that he/she understands the project ("I can do it!" is NOT enough). 4. do the project in the timeframe provided.
