Billing application

Hi We need someone to work on this program asap. It needs to be delivered in the shortest time frame possible. Within a few days. If you cannot meet this please don't bid. We have a requirement for somone to produce a program that works with either access or codebase. It is used to validate billing information we receive in a text file from a supplier. It relates to telecom services. The program needs to: 1) compare the retail and wholesale bills to ensure we are being charging on the retail file for everything on the wholesale file: a) be able to import the wholesale .txt files b) be able to import the retail .txt files c) use the reference number in a column in the wholesale files and compare it to the same reference number in the retail - to ensure that there are the same records in both files. d) any descrepencies need to be written to a log file and exported to an .xls 2) validate the charges on the wholesale bill against a price list a) there will be a 4 different drop down boxes that will contain a reference to different price lists for the four different services b) each price list has about 100 destinations c) if the charged amount in the text file is different to the price list, it should write the descrepencies to a log file and exported to an .xls.
