Calling out with a Personalized Audio Message through Asterisk(repost)

User can send a personalized audio message (WAV, MP3, or WMA) to his or her friends through Asterisk. HOW IT WORKS 1. User signs up for new account 2. Program sends user an email to validate the account and make sure email is correct. 3. User log's in 4. Before user can upload a new personalized audio file, system must make them enter a phone number. 5. After user enters a phone number, system calls that telephone number with a verification method to verify telephone number is correct. 6. User can now upload an audio file (Wav, MP3, or WMA) to call out and play to his or her friends. (2 for free) 7. Enable option after user reaches limit (2 free) for them to pay through PayPal and increase there limit. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
