Fill In Inspection Form

I have an auto inspection comany. I am looking for software to be developed that I can call up and fill in an inspection form. I need it to auto generate numbers and print the page. It also has to be searchable by vin number and date. Also I need to know what the warrenty and support will be for this software. The slowest computer is going to be a 486 all the way up to the latest and greatest. What am I looking at for price I have put the bid in for 500+ ....but I am looking for a solid price and interested in what it is going to cost in reality. Don't short change yourself. It is going to run on approx. 100-5000 computers. This number depends on if it goes nation wide.
