Further development of TouchScreen keyboard(repost)

We need to add 5 more languages to the touchscreen keyboard. These are as follows: * Danish * German * French * Spanish * Italian It seems that there are some issues with the source code growing increasingly when adding a language, I guess we need to do some work to figure out if there is a less "code growing" way of doing it. There should also be some more buttons which are fixed. These should be buttons that are often used like ".", "," and "www.". The "www." button should write "www." into the text area in focus. I guess that these buttons could be placed on the left or right handside of the keyboard. The keyboard now reads it's language from the system settings, this should be configurable so that we can set "ReadLanguageFromSystem" to true/false to be able to switch this on and off.
