Printer control in browser(s)

Hi, We need a program that can be installed on Windows XP or higher machines that controls the printing functionality in the browser. We need to be able to call the print function from a web page, for example: Clicking a button on a web page will print the current web page based on the settings provided when the application is installed. We will need to control: 1. Select the default printer 2. Tha ability to not show any security errors or popups in the browser If you need more information then please ask. If this can be written in .NET then great but others are OK too. Thanks.
