Share share creator and deletor

What is need is a simple exe program that will do the following. 1. I want this application to be a stand alone app. 2. I don't want any runtime files to have to be on the system. 3. I want the application to work with the default os installed. Notes: I already have a .vbs vbscript that does this however the vb script is not what I want!! The application needs to Create and delete file shares for Windows NT and up. I would like the command line to look like the following. to create a share the syntax would be. mkshr /c /dir:directory /Share:share name /Text:comment /g: group or username /p: permissions /ul: User limit Example (mkshr /c /dir:f:\public\files /share:files /text:Normal file system share /g:everyone /p:FC /ul:Max) to delete a share the syntax would be. mkshr /d /dir:directory /share:share name Example (mkshr /c /dir:f:\public\files /share:files) to just add permission to a share that is already created the syntax would be: mkshr /ap /dir:directory /g:group or username /p:permission. Example (mkshr /ap /dir:f:\public\files /g:everyone /p:FC) If no syntax is enter you should see a display of what the what the correct syntax should be. Example: Mkshr /C creates a share. Mkshr /d Deletes a Share. /dir: is the source directory to be shared. /share: is the name of the share to create. /text: what is displayed in the comments section. /g: Is username or the group for premisions. /p: sets the permissions /P:fc (Full control) /p:Ch (change) /p:R (read). /ul: set the maxium number of connections /ul:xxxxx or /UL:MAX for Maximum allowed Additional info: So the end result of the example above would be. 1. The sharing tab should say shared 2. The Comment Box Would have what was entered in that parameter. 3. The user limit would be set to what was typed in as a parameter. 4. The Permission would be set to the permission set by what was entered in the parameter. 5. the /d Command would just delete the sharing not the context of the folder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
