Looking to have some custom SharePoint v12.0.0.6608 work done.
Right now we have a custom column that is a list of clients/companies and this list has to be updated manually by an admin for new clients to be shown on parts of SharePoint that use this column, like a Document Library for example.
What we are looking for is the ability to create a generic custom list somewhere within SharePoint that is accessible to everyone and will include more then just the company name.
Then from other document libraries we would like to link or attach a company to a certain document and have it automatically populate the document with the selected companies name, address, phone number etc...
