A Simple Dialog Box

I need a simple executable file that will play a movie file (just open it, like if you clicked it), install an EXE, or cancel the dialog. I have no money to spend on this project becuase it's just for a video disc I'm making. I don't have the resources, programs, or know-how to make this dialog box. There needs to be room for text above the three option buttons. I'm including a rough picture of what I would like it to look like. Any help you can give me would be great! ## Deliverables The program must be delivered in EXE form and including the source code is needed. If possible, I would like the coding to be able to be done so that I can modify what the dialog says as well as the buttons. If this is not possible, don't worry about it.
