TELLER BALANCE SHEET - ACCESS

The client is a check cashing store that sells collects fees for various things, from selling calling cards to bill payment fees. We need to make database that will record the beginning of day and end of day balance sheet from each store and each teller and also report the aggregate daily balance of all stores. There are 5 stores with 2 tellers each. There needs to be some type of login so that the teller and store are identified. There are 88 items (money amounts) to be entered in each teller balance sheet. There will be 5 detail screens (I.E. when you get to the "cash count" item, it will deisplay a total clicking it will take you to a detail screen where you can enter the denominations that add up to the total, as below, DENOMINATION AMOUNT .01 $2.14 .05 $.75 .10 $10.50 .25 $15.00 1 $33 5 $60 And so on... They will be totalled in a report printed at the end of the day and committed to the main(aggregate) database at the end of the day. The access portion is above, it will connect via internet and ODBC to the central database, which will be MS SQL (MSDE) There will likely be changes and continued work on this project. I have another 2 projects based on ACCESS/ODBC to do once this one is completed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
