Windows: Data from ASP Page to be Extracted and Forms to be Submitted

I have an account with an online brokerage firm. They provide me with real-time streaming quotes. The quotes appear in an ASP Window which I can read on the screen of my desktop. It also requires me to log on before I can get the data. I need the data to be stored in a file on my desktop and also be made available on a real time basis to a C++ program (which I will write). The C++ program will analyze the data and give a buy or a sell signal. If the signal is a sell signal, then the code should place a sell order (currently I can place a sell order by loggin in using a browser, so there may be some login steps also). Similarly for a buy signal, a buy order should be placed. The code should also be able to verify if the orders have gone through (from the signals the brokerage provides, or from checking the account information available on the web). As this project will be a real life application, it has to be "interactive". That is additional clarifications will be made during the execution of the project. Do not expect that everything will be spelled out at the very beginning. What will be spelled out will be what the code is expected to do. Also once I get bids I will make further clarifications. Also after the delivery has been made I will test the code and report back with necessary modifications which will take a few (not more than 4 weeks). Payment will be made after that. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I use a Windows XP desktop. The brokerage firm provides read time stock data by ASP pages. The data is provided after I log in. The data will have to be supplied to a C++ program (written by me) and based on analysis sell or buy forms will have to be submitted.
