C# class for image fade and scroll effect

I need a class written in C# that enables me to fade one image into the other. (Like the fade effect known from lot's of slideshow programs) The class should also be able to make a slide effect. (One image slides out, the other slides in) Both input images will always be the same size. One has to be able to vary the amount of frames an effect needs. I don't need it as an control, just as a simple class written in C#. It should use no other libraries, just the possibilities available in .NET 2.0 (GDI+ ?)
